Studio

The property is a 12' x 9' UPVC clad timber and felt roof hut with a small verandah and double doors. It has shuttered glazed windows, kitchen units with a table top cooker and sink, and work surfaces. There is also a dining table and chairs, a 2-seater sofa, and deck chairs inside. The hut is located on the front row, behind the sea-defence wall and promenade, and near the beach, boat and water ski club, and boat launch site.
