Berry Hill Wood is located 300 metres above sea level near Bratton Fleming in North Devon. It features open rides running along both western and eastern boundaries, and a cleared path marked by white-tipped posts through the centre of the woodland. The woodland is predominantly composed of Douglas fir trees, with a mixed broadleaved area featuring willow and hazel towards the southern end, and mature beech trees lining the western and eastern boundaries. A stream flows gently along the southern boundary, and a stoned forestry track provides year-round vehicular access. The woodland has a solid hardstanding area and a dedicated parking space for camper vans.
