Land

Harelawhole is a productive former dairy and mixed farming unit situated in rural Dumfries and Galloway. The farm comprises a traditional stone-built four-bedroom farmhouse with gardens and a small paddock, situated to the north of the public road. The farm steading, featuring a mix of modern and traditional buildings, sits to the south of the B6357 and consists of a former dairy complex, a slurry lagoon, a feed shed, midden and draff pits, and several calf sheds, isolation pens, and other farm buildings. The land extends to approximately 128.55 Ha (317.65 Acres) in total, split into two distinct blocks, with the potential to reinstate a robotic milking system in the purpose-built dairy building. The land is currently down to grass but is capable of arable cropping as well as livestock forage. An additional three-bedroom cottage is also located on the eastern boundary of the farm, providing additional accommodation.
