Land

The woodland is a beech dominated broadleaved forest nestled in the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It encompasses mature trees including beech, wild cherry, ash, occasional oak, field maple, and silver birch, with a few gaps in the canopy that allow natural regeneration of beech to grow. The understory is composed mainly of managed holly, while natural regeneration of beech saplings can be found in some areas. The woodland's terrain gently rises to the north, with views to the surrounding woods, fields, and occasional houses.
