Lathones Farm is a traditional mixed arable and grassland farm situated in rural Fife, near the village of Largoward and the historic town of St Andrews. The farm consists of a contiguous block of farmland to the south of the property, totaling approximately 7.29 hectares (18.01 acres) and accessed from the A915 public road. The land is of a mix of ploughable pasture and arable land, designated as Grade 3.2 by the James Hutton Institute, with a slight south-easterly aspect and rising from 168m to 175m above sea level. The farm code is 78/417/0027 and the land is registered for IACS purposes.
