Butterley Park Farm extends to about 1,116.9 acres, comprising productive arable land, pasture, woodland, and a well-equipped livestock yard. The central farmyard includes a 1,500-tonne grain store and a mixture of modern and traditional buildings. The main farmland, set across three blocks, totals 616.67 acres and provides a balanced mix of arable and grassland. Each block offers flexibility and efficient field sizes for modern machinery. The farm has a further 551.5 acres, divided into three parcels, including 272.54 acres with a predominantly livestock block running to the River Erewash and significant woodland.
