Land

Lot 2, located at Seed Farm, consists of approximately 167.70 acres (67.87 hectares) of mainly grade 2 and 3 arable land, with 4.90 acres of woodland. The land is bounded by mature hedgerows and has good access from the A4103, with a central trackway providing access to neighboring properties. The soils are slightly acid loamy and clayey, with impeded drainage in some areas, but are suitable for a range of cropping. The land has a mixture of freely draining and impeded drainage soils, with some of the northern fields being more suitable for a variety of crops.
