Property

The property is a regular-shaped plot of land currently used as a car park for the Marine Hotel, capable of accommodating up to 80 vehicles. The site is laid to tarmac with a raised landscaped area to the south, bordered by mature trees and stone walls. The land slopes from south to north, down to Cromwell Road, and has two vehicle access points. The client is selling the entire car park, but a condition of the sale is that the Marine Hotel retains around 30 parking spaces for its use in perpetuity, as indicated on OS plan B.
