Believed to date from the late 15th Century, the property is a Grade II* listed former church, the main parish church of Honiton. It covers over 3,600 sqft (340 sqm), with architectural features including a nave, north and south transepts, aisles, chancel, chapels, west tower, and north porch, all built from local chert rubble stone with ashlar dressings under slate roofs.
