Land

The property consists of two parcels of grassland situated in the rural village of Oldstead, within the North York Moors National Park. The land extends to a total of 7.71 acres (3.12 hectares) and is bordered by hedge and fencing boundaries, with a public footpath along the eastern boundary. The land undulates and rises from north to south, with wooded areas and a mix of broadleaf and native species trees. The terrain is relatively steep in one area, with a gate in the southeast corner that will be blocked off on completion.
