Land

The land comprises permanent pasture, sloping in part, and mostly fenced with post and wire or hedgerows. The area has a mix of slightly acid loamy and clayey soils with natural springs and some loamy shallow lime-rich soils over chalk or limestone. A public footpath crosses the western parcels of the land.
