This residential development site in the village of Staunton, on the Gloucestershire-Herefordshire border, has outline planning permission to construct up to 17 new dwellings, comprising a mix of custom/self-build plots and affordable homes. The permission includes associated infrastructure works, public open space, and landscaping, as well as a requirement to improve the adjacent Swan public house. The site has been granted planning consent, and an appeal decision has been made, with a Section 106 Agreement also in place. A measured site and topographical survey is currently being carried out and will be available to interested parties.
