The Lanvean Bottoms site features a range of habitats, including other neutral grassland, mixed shrub, non-priority ponds, and broad-leaved woodland. The property is secured through a conservation covenant with the Land Trust and is registered on the National Gain Sites Register. The site has been owned and managed by the Cornwall Wildlife Trust since 2021 and offers 5,500 acres of nature conservation, with access to industry-leading ecologists and a collaborative approach to conservation. The site has additional land that was purchased in 2019, providing potential for future expansion and habitat enhancement for various species.
