The Old School House is a building in the village of Arrow with a comprehensive redevelopment plan to create a series of well-proportioned residential units across ground, first, and second floors. The ground floor layout features individual units with direct access points, while the upper floors offer additional accommodation that maximizes the building's original structure and proportions. Externally, the proposed design retains and enhances the traditional character of the building with sympathetic materials such as brickwork, render, and pitched roofing, along with larger window openings for improved natural light. The redevelopment includes provision for landscaped areas with planting and defined access routes to enhance the overall visual appeal and functionality of the scheme.
