Three sites comprise the overall outline planning permission for Weldon Park. Site E1 is approximately 0.56 hectares (1.39 acres) and situated next to the local centre, while site E2 is 0.47 hectares (1.15 acres) and located on the other side of the road. Site E3 is the largest, covering 0.76 hectares (1.88 acres), and all three sites are accessible directly off Airfield Way, which leads to the A43.
