The Land at Station Street, Cinderford is a 3.76 hectare brownfield site allocated for residential use in the Forest of Dean Allocations Plan. The site has a strong planning precedent, with previous consents for approximately 130 dwellings, and is now being offered on a "subject to planning" basis to suitably experienced developers. The site is located off Station Street, Cinderford, and is being sold with the understanding that developers will rely on their own investigations to determine the costs and feasibility of demolition, contamination remediation, and other site works. Proposals are invited from housing and/or commercial developers for the sale of the site, with the option to enter into an Option Agreement, Promotion Agreement, or Conditional Contract.
