The property is a parcel of approximately 8.21 acres of woodland located in East Hoathly village, East Sussex. The woodland features a mix of tree species, including Douglas Fir and Scots Pine, as well as fine English oak trees, and some wetland areas. The woodland includes a current felling license, with some thinning works recently carried out to allow native species to regenerate. The property has an abundance of English bluebells in the spring and offers opportunities to observe wildlife, including birds, deer, and other wild animals. The woodland is currently accessed by foot and can be viewed during normal daylight hours.
