Property

The property is situated on 24 acres of land, with 8 acres being a yard with automatic water, post and wire electric fencing, and 15 acres of additional grazing and turnout area with automatic water and electric fencing. The yard features 20 individual stables, a large covered tie-up area, and a fully covered and well-lit yard. There are two arenas, an indoor competition size arena (45m x 20m) and an outdoor arena (38m x 28m), both with silica sand and stabilizing fibre surfaces. Other features include a horse washdown area, a rug drying room, a tack room with CCTV and alarm system, a secure parking area, and a large covered hay and implement store. A coffee shop operates on site, and there is on-site staff and livery accommodation, in the form of a static caravan.
