LOT 5 is a 27.52-acre pastureland property located in the village of Byfield, Northamptonshire, approximately 8.5 miles northeast of Banbury. The property benefits from an access from the public highway and a right of way over the track in Lot 4. The freehold is being sold with vacant possession upon completion, and there are several grazing and cropping agreements on the land that will be terminated before exchange.
