Brent Cross Town is a 180-acre regeneration project with 6,700 modern homes, 50 acres of parks, schools, and world-class sports facilities, and workspace for 25,000 people. The development features a central high street with shops, cafés, and cultural venues. A new park town is being designed to be highly sustainable, aiming to become a net zero carbon town by 2030. The area has a new Thameslink station, providing a 12-minute commute to central London, and is positioned as a 15-minute town where residents can easily access everything they need.
