Land

The property is a mixed woodland located in the Chilterns National Landscape, situated a short distance north of Chesham in Buckinghamshire. The woodland comprises beech, oak, and ash trees, as well as hazel coppice, holly, and wild service tree. The land is gently sloping, with chalk and flint soils, and features a mix of mature and regenerating trees. The woodland has a diverse range of wildlife, including deer, badgers, and over 20 species of birds. The terrain includes a mixture of canopy cover and open areas, with some level ground and sloping areas.
