Land

The property is a 4.09-hectare (10.11-acre) parcel of land situated in a rural area, approximately halfway between the market town of Sandwich and the seaside town of Deal. It is located on the south side of the South Stream and is mostly level, currently laid to permanent pasture that would benefit from weeding. The boundaries are marked by drainage ditches and an overhead power line crosses the south-western part of the land. A gated access point leads to a tarmac driveway along the Pinnock Wall, which connects to the A258 Sandwich Road.
