Land

The land comprises 44.97 acres (18.20 hectares) of productive land in a prominent position, with excellent access to nearby roads. The land is level and gently sloping, bordered by typical Devon hedgerow banks, and has been used to grow a variety of cereal and forage crops including wheat, oats, and maize. The soils are described as freely draining and slightly acid loamy soils, classified as Grade 3. The land is divided into three lots, with a maize crop currently being grown in Lots 1, 2, and 3.
