Rosal Wood is located in a remote area of north Scotland, approximately two hours north of Inverness, with access via the B871 or nearby roads. A forest road runs through the property from point D, in good condition, and passes through the estate on its way to the south. A small area of forest road to the east of the property, shown at point B, also forms part of the sale and is accessed by the owners of the southern woodland. The property can be accessed from the B871 at point A.
