The property, Land at Longbog, comprises a 65.59-hectare (162.07-acre) block of predominantly ring-fenced agricultural land, with a majority classified as Grade 3(1) and registered for IACS purposes. The land lies between 80 and 125 meters above sea level, and its well-designed field-to-field access enhances operational efficiency. It has been traditionally managed as an arable unit, with a focus on cereal production, but is well suited to a variety of agricultural enterprises. The land has been divided into eight lots, comprising five larger parcels of arable land and three paddocks, which are well suited to equestrian or small-scale livestock use.
