Land

A small plot of land located near the Fremington to Instow road, with views over the Taw Estuary. The plot is one of many in a field to the north side of Yelland Road, and while it has potential for long-term development, no immediate use can be made. The plot measures approximately 17 meters by 14 meters and is situated towards the south-east corner of the field, adjoining the roadside hedge close to an access gateway. The land is not fenced off from the surrounding plots and there are no services on the land.
