The pasture field is south-facing, free-draining, and accessible via a part-concrete, part-stoned track from the public highway to the north. The woodland area is also south-facing and can be accessed via two gateways, one to the south-east and one to the south-west. The woodland is primarily composed of oak, ash, birch, hawthorn, holly, and sycamore, with attractive flora and fauna areas including bluebell grassland and livestock cover. A stream runs through the south-western corner of the land, providing a natural water supply.
