The land at Low Bonwick Farm is a single parcel of approximately 4.24 acres (1.72 hectares) in a level, open farmland position near the coastal village of Skipsea and the village of Bewholme. The land is roughly rectangular in shape and bounded by established trees and hedgerows. It has direct access from Bewholme Lane and is situated near to the B1242, which provides access to the coast road, and the A165, which connects to larger towns such as Beverley and Bridlington.
