Land

The property is a 37½ acre block of accommodation land with three acres of valley basin wood and scrubland. The land is divided into three to four level to gently sloping mowable pasture fields, each individually ring fenced for sheep, providing all year round grass growth. One inner field is used for grazing. The property has three roadside gateways, and mains water is connected, allowing for the potential extension of mains water to other parcels of land. A field shelter, measuring 24' x 12', is located on one of the parcels.
