Pevencey Bay is a large family houseboat with three levels of accommodation. The upper level features an open plan family space with a large L-shaped kitchen, dining area, and two large lounges. One lounge has a log burner and the central heating is supplemented by a full central heating system. A toilet and large foyer are also located on this level. Double doors lead out to a deck area with views of Rochester and a staircase leads down to the lower level, which currently has two large bedrooms, one with an en suite and walk in wardrobe, a bathroom, and space to convert into another two bedrooms. There is a fenced and gated outside area with parking for two cars, and solar panels on the roof to reduce ongoing costs.
