Land

The property consists of approximately 11.65 hectares of land, which includes 8.38 hectares of arable land and 3.27 hectares of permanent pasture. The arable land is currently fallow and the permanent pasture is identified as Field 1 & 2, with Field 1 located on the south side of the A1 and Field 2 to the south of the Eye Water River. The land is accessed directly from the A1 via a private track.
