It has shuttered glazed windows, a kitchen area with a bottled gas cooker and a sink, and work surfaces as well as seating with storage underneath. The location is on the front row behind the sea-defence wall and promenade, a few yards from the beach, and has views of the boat and water ski club and boat launch site. It also has access to a shower/toilet block and parking is located to the rear of the property.
