Brackenbury Fort is located at the front row position in Old Felixstowe, accessible via the Kiosk car park on Cliff Road. It is positioned directly overlooking the sea and has a seating space to the front aspect. The hut is sold ready for use, equipped with three drawers, a storage cupboard, two benches, a kettle, a Calor gas stove, Calor gas cylinders, fold-up chairs, and basic utensils such as cups, plates, knives, forks, pots, and saucepans. It is available for immediate use in its modern condition.
