The beach hut is in excellent condition and has been carefully maintained, with recent new decorations inside and out and a brand-new roof and fascias installed in April 2025. It's positioned in front of a lifeguarded beach, with the newly landscaped Hove gardens behind, and is located just a five-minute walk from Hove Lagoon's café and facilities, diagonally opposite the Council's water tap. The license fee has been paid through to April 2027.
