Land

The property consists of two separate woodlands, Milton Wood and Earl Copse, totaling 4.77 acres. Milton Wood is 2.70 acres and comprises a mix of mature oak, beech, western red cedar, and larch, with Norway spruce and large oak making up the established tree canopy. The woodland has been thinned in places, with replanting of trees including beech, lime, sycamore, wild service tree, yew, and western red cedar. Unter Copse has a blend of replanted trees and mature stems of Scots pine, ash, and beech, including a veteran beech tree. The ground flora includes bluebell, garlic, primrose, and honeysuckle, which provide a display of colour and scent in the spring and summer. The area is home to a variety of wildlife, including owls, buzzards, green woodpeckers, brown hare, wood mouse, and squirrel.
