Hut 260 is a well-positioned beach hut located along the trail path beside Holloway Dock, offering stunning views of the dock, Priory, Christchurch Harbour, the Isle of Wight, and Needles. The hut was rebuilt in 2019 and features a 3/4 mezzanine floor, providing sleeping accommodation for around 6 people. It has a beautifully fitted kitchen, a raised decked terrace area perfect for alfresco entertaining, and storage space under the hut for kayaks and surfboards. Access to a sandy beach, mains water tap, shower blocks, and WC facilities is just a short walk from the hut. The hut measures 4.367m x 2.768m and has a current licence fee of £3240 with rates of £716.67.
