The boat, known as The Mothership, is a houseboat located in the Cumberland Basin, with a permanent and transferable private mooring. The property features walnut and oak wood interiors, underfloor and wall electric heating, and a unique lighting system. The living area has two large sofas with built-in storage, a fold-out dining table, and a working desk area. The kitchen has Corian worktops and splash-backs, individually crafted cabinetry, and a gas hob and fridge/freezer. There are two bathrooms, one with an en-suite shower and toilet, and a second with a shower and toilet. Two bedrooms include a principal bedroom with a custom double bed and a second bedroom with a sofa that can be converted into a double bed. The boat also has a rear terrace and a top deck with an additional living space.
