Land

The property, Holford Woods, is a 37.3-acre block of historic mixed woodland situated in a rural position near the village of Holford. It comprises three woodlands: Alfoxton Wood, Oyle's Wood, and Withing Wood, with varying woodland types, including ancient oak and broadleaf woods, dense woodland, and woodland pasture. Features include a large area of woodland pasture, a mixed woodland of oak and beech, and a number of veteran oaks. The woodlands include a beautiful waterfall in Oyle's Wood, which is fed by a stream running across the western boundary, and contain a variety of trees, including field maple and holly. Two bridleways and a public footpath traverse the land.
