Whitehouse Farm is a mixed farm with 318 acres of land, mainly Grade 3 soils, including areas of lighter Grade 2 ground. The farm has a good network of internal tracks and is accessed by public roads and rights of way through nearby villages. The land is a mix of estuarine sand and silt with areas of glacial till. The surrounding area has good transport links, with access to the A41 and M56, and is nearby Chester and the economic centers of Liverpool and Manchester. The farm is in a peaceful, rural setting with views toward North Wales.
