Corry Wood is a spacious, semi-mature woodland situated on the top of Shute Hill within the East Devon Area of Natural Beauty. The woodland has a mix of tree species, including beech, Douglas fir, Scots pine, larch, and mature oak, and has numerous glades and open spaces, with a former quarry or chalk pit adding to its sense of scale. The woodland is surrounded by fields to the south, allowing plenty of light to filter in, making it ideal for camping and family activities. The property has good access via a hard track that is accessible year-round with an off-road vehicle.
