Approximately 4.42 acres (1.79 hectares) of gently undulating grassland lies within the hamlet of Cardinals Green. The land is identified as Grade 2 according to Natural England's Agricultural land classification maps. A timber pole barn with metal sheet cladding and an earth floor is situated on the northern boundary. Boundaries are defined by a combination of fencing, mature hedgerows and trees, with a ditch running along the northern and eastern boundaries. The land has a low voltage overhead power line crossing it and benefits from a Right of Access for all purposes along an adjoining track.
