Carole A is a 72ft converted tug boat on a secure residential mooring, originally built in 1943 and refitted in 2023. The interior features a large open-plan living area with solid wood flooring, a high ceiling, and natural light. The galley kitchen includes a new washing machine, condenser dryer, undercounter freezer, Smeg fridge, and gas oven and hob. A wet room is located nearby, followed by a large double cabin with a built-in bed.
