The beach hut is a third-row property with uninterrupted sea views, located in Southcliff. It is externally painted and features a high standard of construction, with thicker timber used for the exterior cladding and exterior ply used for the interior walls and roof. Internally, the hut has pine panelling and a partition with two lockable, half-glazed doors. The roof is covered with mineral torch-on felt and the hut is close to a drinking water tap, as well as steps leading up to the parade.
