Land

The land at Kidland Lane extends to about 41.68 Acres and is divided into two lots. Lot 1 has an area of about 32.66 Acres and consists of arable and pasture land with three gated access points and a grass track along the north eastern boundary. Lot 1 includes a small stream along the western boundary with trees in some parts. Lot 2 is a smaller block of about 9.02 Acres of level and gently sloping pasture land, divided into three fields by Devon hedge banks. The land is mainly level and gently sloping, with an area of more moderately to steeply sloping pasture in the two northernmost fields.
