Coed Gwinllan Tyddyn is a 13.46-acre woodland located on level ground near the village of Penygroes in rural Gwynedd. The woodland features mature mixed broadleaves, including birch, alder, willow, rowan, crab apple, and oak, supplemented by native shrubs such as holly, hawthorn, and hazel. Mature hardwoods and a small group of mature larch trees are scattered throughout the wood. The property is served by an excellent internal hard track giving 2WD access to all areas. An attractive stream flows through the northern part of the wood, and the site provides a habitat for a variety of woodland birds and mammals. The woodland also includes a hard-standing area with a traditional gypsy caravan and a shipping container (included with lot 2).
