Land

Chittle Wood is a three-acre woodland located near the Hartland Devon Heritage Coast, with a mix of mature oak, hazel, beech, birch, ash, hawthorne, and holly trees. The wood benefits from raised positions and open southern boundaries, allowing lots of light to flood in and supporting ground flora such as bluebells, ferns, and wild garlic. The property is home to numerous small streams, attracting wildlife including deer and badgers, and features a clearing with a bench at its centre. The woodland has excellent vehicle access all year round, with a parking area and main access track located on the southern side.
