The Victoria Baths building is a Grade II listed structure located on Southport's historic seafront promenade. It has a long history of nearly two centuries, with a need for regeneration. As of March 2021, exterior work worth £395,000 has been completed, including repairs to the roof, masonry, and rainwater goods to make the building watertight.
