Land

The land at Cox's Lane consists of 6.13 acres (2.48 hectares), with 1.9 acres of wild flower meadow and 4.23 acres of mature mixed broadleaf deciduous woodland, including a small stream. The woodland sits within a Site of Special Scientific Interest Impact Zone and has a small shepherds hut on an elevated position to the west, with direct road access and a covered frame building set on sleepers for storage. Access to the pasture is via a path through the woodland.
