Land

The site is approximately 2.69 acres in size, with a roughly rectangular shape, and is currently used as undeveloped scrub land with two fields separated by a mature hedgerow. It is bounded by fences, hedgerows, and trees along its north and southern boundaries, with access on all sides being bounded by grazing land to the north, an unnamed highway to the east and west, and the Rockcliffe Church of England Primary School to the south.
