The former pub, The Smallways Inn, has been granted planning consent to be converted into four dwellings. The conversion will consist of two single-story cottages: one with 670 square feet and one with 880 square feet, each offering a single bedroom in one storey. Additionally, the development will include two two-story houses: a two-bedroom, 1160 square-foot residence, and a three-bedroom, 1750 square-foot house.
